It depends on how much money you take in card payments each year, the types of card used (debit and credit, personal and business) and the number of card machines you have. Get in touch and we’ll give you a free personalised quote based on your business and needs.
Card transaction charges
Each transaction you process (including refunds) incurs a fee. The transaction fee depends on the type of card (debit, credit, personal or business, issued inside or outside the European Economic Area (EEA)), the card scheme (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or Discover), and whether you took the payment in person or remotely.
Card machine services
This is the rental fee for each card machine you have with us, which includes 4G mobile connectivity, access to technical to tech support, troubleshooting and card machine replacement.

We transfer your previous day’s takings to your bank account from 10am. The time it takes to reach your account will depend on your bank and how they process transfers.
If your bank handles transfers 7 days a week, you should get your money the same day – even at weekends and bank holidays.
If your bank handles transfers 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) then you should get your money the next working day – excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Orders before 1pm are dispatched on the same day, and delivery should be within 24 and 48 hours. Deliveries from Monday to Friday only.

Very. All Dojo card machines are PCI compliant thanks to point-to-point encryption.
Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE) protects account data from the point where a merchant accepts the payment card, to the secure point of decryption. As a result it simplifies PCI compliance significantly.
You can manage your account using the Dojo for business app or by logging in from your computer. You can see your transactions and transfers, view and download invoices, check you’re PCI compliant, and add team members and set them up with different levels of access.
