We can. If your card turnover (CTO) is under €150k, we’ll pay up to €500 towards your cancellation costs. If your card turnover (CTO) is over €150k, we’ll pay up to €3,000 towards your cancellation costs.
It depends on how much money you take in card payments each year, the types of card used (debit and credit, personal and business) and the number of card machines you have. Get in touch and we’ll give you a free personalised quote based on your business and needs.
The total price you pay for your Dojo services is made up of 3 components:
Card transactions
Card transaction charges Each transaction you process (including refunds) incurs a fee. The transaction fee depends on the type of card (debit, credit, personal or business, issued inside or outside the European Economic Area (EEA)), the card scheme (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or Discover), and whether you took the payment in person or remotely.
Secure transaction fee This is a fixed fee of €0.05 + VAT, per transaction, which covers:
Minimum monthly payment This is €24.95. We’ll only charge you this if the total of your transaction fees during the month is under €24.95. The minimum monthly payment charge applies even if you don’t take any card payments throughout the month.
Card machine services
This is the rental fee for each card machine you have with us, which includes 4G mobile connectivity, access to technical to tech support, troubleshooting and card machine replacement.

We transfer your previous day’s takings to your bank account from 10am. The time it takes to reach your account will depend on your bank and how they process transfers.
If your bank handles transfers 7 days a week, you should get your money the same day – even at weekends and bank holidays.
If your bank handles transfers 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) then you should get your money the next working day – excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Delivery takes 2 days for orders placed before 12pm and 3 days for orders placed after 12pm.

Yes, all our card machines accept contactless payments.
Yes, all our card machines arrive ready to accept these payment types.
The length of your contract depends on your annual turnover. We offer a monthly rolling contract for businesses earning €150,000+ per year. For businesses earning under €150,000 per year, our contracts are 6 months and then flip to monthly rolling. Switch to us from another provider and we could pay your cancellation fees up to €3,000.
Very. All Dojo card machines are PCI compliant thanks to point-to-point encryption.
Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE) protects account data from the point where a merchant accepts the payment card, to the secure point of decryption. As a result it simplifies PCI compliance significantly.
Using the Dojo for business app, read through the P2PE Instruction Manual and Data Security Policy carefully – and make sure you understand all the details.
If you’re happy your business complies with everything that’s outlined, tap ‘Confirm compliance’ – then just tick both statements and you’ll be ready to start trading securely.
You can manage your account using the Dojo for business app or by logging in from your computer. You can see your transactions and transfers, get business insights, view and download invoices, check you’re PCI compliant, and add team members and set them up with different levels of access.
