1. Dojo is a trading name of Paymentsense Limited (“Paymentsense” or “we”). The “Refer a Friend Scheme” (the “Scheme”) is open to existing customers (“Customers”) of Paymentsense who refer a new prospect (being a business based in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland which has not within the previous 6 months been a customer of Paymentsense) (the “Prospect”) to Paymentsense’s ‘Dojo’ acquiring and card machine services (the “Dojo Services”).
  2. We share a unique referral link (the “Link”) with each Customer from time-to-time or as part of that Customer’s onboarding. To participate in the Scheme, the Prospect must make its application to obtain the Dojo Services through the Link. The Customer must share its Link with the Prospect to facilitate this.
  3. If the Prospect subsequently makes an application to obtain Paymentsense’s Dojo Services, satisfies Paymentsense’s criteria (which shall be at the sole discretion of Paymentsense) and signs a contract on such terms as Paymentsense may offer to such Prospect in respect of the provision of the Dojo Services by Paymentsense to the Prospect, each of the Customer and the Prospect shall be entitled to receive a payment of £50 (UK) or €50 (ROI) from Paymentsense (the “Incentive”) subject to these Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Customer consents to Paymentsense using its name and contact details to verify the Customer as the referrer of the Prospect and in any communications that Paymentsense may have with the Prospect.
  5. Any Incentive payments due shall be paid directly into the bank account of the Customer and the Prospect, in each case being the account linked to the Direct Debit authority provided to Paymentsense by each of the Customer and the Prospect within 30 days of Paymentsense confirming in its sole discretion that the Incentive is due and payable. Payment of the Incentive to the Customer shall be conditional upon the Customer remaining a transacting customer of Paymentsense on the due date for payment.
  6. Employees, contractors and/or self-employed field sellers of Paymentsense, its group companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Scheme shall not be eligible to receive the Incentive in respect of any referrals made pursuant to the Scheme.
  7. Participants in the Scheme shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  8. Only one referral per Prospect shall qualify for the Incentive and the Customer on record as having made a successful referral through its Link shall be the only Customer to qualify for the Incentive in respect of the relevant Prospect. Joint referrals are not allowed.
  9. Paymentsense accepts no responsibility for referrals that are delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be processed for any technical or other reason.
  10. The Incentive is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.
  11. Paymentsense reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Scheme at any time for any reason and to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, in each case at the sole discretion of Paymentsense.
  12. Paymentsense reserves the right to refuse to pay an Incentive if it has reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, a misuse of our intellectual property rights (including Paymentsense trademarks and/or materials), any misrepresentation, abuse of the Scheme or any illegal or criminal activity including fraud in connection with the Scheme.
  13. The Scheme will be governed by English law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
